Virtual desktops are a great way to expand your work Omnidazzle For Windows beyond your monitor. Unfortunately, Omnidazzle For Windows does a very poor job implementing the concept. The demo version creates three separate virtual desktops, accessible through a floating toolbar (but not through hot keys or a system-tray icon). You can open a different set of applications in each, but because the desktops are noncontiguous, you can't drag application windows from one to another. Each virtual Omnidazzle For Windows takes a hefty 4MB of system memory--but instability is the biggest problem. When you exit the program from one Omnidazzle For Windows, applications you've opened on the others become inaccessible (though they remain in Omnidazzle For Windows and reappear if you restart the program). Offering a full range of sounds, editing capabilities, sampling features, and extensive waveform and envelope flexibility, we recommend this program wholeheartedly to musicians looking to create warm, rich sounds with ease.
